Petits Poussins UES is a French-English bilingual immersion early-childhood school on the Upper East Side (Yorkville), part of the six-location VHG Group founded by Vanessa Handal-Ghenania, Ed.M. It serves children from 6 weeks through age 5 - infant, toddler and 2s-Pre-K preschool - with native French- and English-speaking teachers, small classes and low ratios (1:4 infants, 1:6 toddlers, 1:7 preschool). The program blends the French Ecole maternelle curriculum with American play-based pedagogy and integrates art, dance and music, with an optional Spanish/English track.
