Manhattan Schoolhouse at 1456 First Avenue is a Reggio Emilia-inspired early childhood center on the Upper East Side serving children from 3 months through Pre-K. The program emphasizes project-based learning, low child-to-teacher ratios, and a rich enrichment slate including yoga, music, art, movement, STEAM, soccer, swim, and chess. It runs year-round with a full daycare-through-preschool progression plus a wrap-around option to 6:00 PM and summer camp, and freshly prepared meals from the toddler level up.
