Bright Horizons at West 96th Street is a year-round Bright Horizons child care center on the Upper West Side, at the corner of 96th Street and Columbus Avenue, serving infants through pre-kindergarten (kindergarten prep). The program runs Bright Horizons' proprietary Discovery Driven Learning / 'World at Their Fingertips' curriculum with a child-led approach, and features an indoor Movement Matters Zone (rock wall, yoga zone, STEM corner) plus regular Central Park excursions. The center is also a contracted NYC DOE 3-K for All and Pre-K for All site (MBXQ), so DOE-funded 3-K/Pre-K seats can be free to eligible families, while infant/toddler care is private-pay. Enrollment is rolling through the Bright Horizons family portal, and tuition is provided on request.
