The Saul & Carole Zabar Nursery School at the JCC Manhattan is a progressive, Reggio Emilia-inspired program for children from twos through pre-K. Emergent, project-based inquiry and collaborative work unfold in a warm Jewish-community setting, with ample gross-motor play in the JCC's gym and rooftop spaces. The school provides ex-missions support and need-based financial aid. Graduates continue on to a mix of private and public kindergartens.
