Collegiate School is a nonsectarian K-12 independent school for boys on Manhattan's West Side and, founded in 1628, the oldest continuously operating school in the United States. Housed since 2018 in a purpose-built 180,000 sq ft building at 301 Freedom Place South, it offers a rigorous college-preparatory program across Lower, Middle, and Upper School divisions. Admission is offered chiefly at Kindergarten and Grade 9, with a generously funded need-based financial aid program. Tuition is all-inclusive, covering books, supplies, lunch, and trips.
