Kiddie Academy of Tribeca is a for-profit, year-round early-learning and child care center serving children from 6 weeks through pre-K (age 5) in a 10,000 sq ft, two-floor space at 72 Reade Street. Owned by Julia Ferrari, it runs the chain's proprietary Life Essentials curriculum across infant, toddler, preschool and pre-K classrooms, with open hours of 6:30am to 6:30pm and catered meals and snacks included. Enrollment is rolling via the center's digital process; families schedule a tour and register year-round. Outdoor time is spent at nearby Washington Market Park, supplementing two on-site indoor play areas.
