The Montessori School of New York International is an authentic Montessori school in Sutton Place (Midtown East) serving children from age 2 through middle school (age 14). Ungraded, mixed-age classrooms use hands-on Montessori materials to build strong academics while nurturing independence and the whole child. Flexible half-day, full-day and extended-day schedules (8 AM-6 PM) are offered, along with enrichment such as French/Spanish, music, performing arts, swimming, dance, yoga and chess. The school is a member of the American Montessori Society and reports strong placement into NYC Gifted & Talented programs and Specialized High Schools.
