Children's All Day School (C.A.D.S.), founded in 1975, is a year-round, all-day preschool on East 60th Street off Park Avenue serving children from six months through Pre-K. Its developmental-interaction, play-based philosophy pairs hands-on exploration with academic readiness, enriched by music and movement specialists, art, Spanish, STEAM, and gardening. Full-time care runs 8am-6pm, with part-time and half-day options also offered. An ISAAGNY member, the school guides families through the ongoing-school process and places graduates into a broad range of NYC independent kindergartens.
